EF Bavis & Associates also offers the Autoveyor® HD Commercial System (to the retail pharmacy industry) - A long distance remote transport system, built to handle the most difficult drive-thru applications.
The Autoveyor HD Commercial Systems design flexibility allows it to meet the needs of both you and your drive-thru pharmacy customers even at locations where previously you thought a drive-thru was not possible. It's a large carrier with dimensions of 11" x 6" x 4.5" and 25-lb. weight capacity enable it to carry all but the largest of your pharmacy items. The Autoveyor HD Commercial System has no horizontal or vertical limitations. It is well suited for longer runs as well as reverse lane drive-thru applications.
For over 20 years, this product's reliability has been unsurpassed, averaging less than one service call per lane annually. Its positive drive compression belts control the carrier in the vertical then positioning the carrier on a flat bed conveyor for horizontal movement. Because of its engineering it can transport heavier/larger loads and even cancel a transaction returning to the sender. This is a valuable time-saving feature where longer runs are required.
Additionally, the Autoveyor HD Commercial System does not require that you provide power to the customer island. Depending on where this is done, it can result in savings up to $1000.00 per installation. If carriers are damaged or lost, they are a fraction of the replacement cost of alternative systems. The Autoveyor HD Commercial System is a UL listed and certified product.
CCTV COMMUNCATIONS
When there is no direct visual contact with the customer from a remote pharmacy station, monitors and cameras can be provided so customer and pharmacy personnel will be able to see and speak to each other. This system would include an exterior camera/monitor stand with door positioned adjacent to the Autoveyor HD Commercial System and operate off the same power source. When the power is turned on the door will lower and the camera and monitor will be operational. There will also be an internal camera and monitor to be positioned at your discretion within the pharmacy area. The audio for this application is built into the Autoveyor HD Commercial System. This audio was designed for use in the drive-thru environment and includes such features as boost in/boost out controls so pharmacy personnel can amplify the customers and operators voice if necessary. The speakers and microphones are positioned in both the customer and internal verticals. An optional privacy handset for consultation with the pharmacist is also available.
